Registration fees

* The reduced registration fee is only granted for Residents younger than 35 years. While no letter from the head of the department is required, an official identification document (passport) will be required at the registration desk.

You will however be able to make your hotel booking for the entire duration of your stay in Geneva through the Conference registration system.

Cancellation Policy for Registration

All modifications or cancellations are to be addressed to Kuoni Travel Ltd. in writing. Fees will be refunded after the conference, according to the following policy:

• An administration fee of CHF 75.- will be charged for cancellations up to January 31, 2012.
• Cancellations received after this date will be not refunded.

Participant’s registration fee includes:

• Admission to the scientific sessions unless otherwise stated
• Congress documents, including badge
• Final programme and abstract book
• Access to the commercial exhibition and posters
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches on Saturday and Sunday 24 and 25 March 2012
• Free city transportation pass if staying at a hotel in Geneva for the duration of the stay
