The Hands-on Training
In Geneva, a specific training and demonstration model for
Sialendoscopy has been validated. The use of a fresh pigs head
has been identified as ideal, after extensive trials and use of other
animal models including that of humans.
During each course, participants are paired and work on one fresh
pigs head. The hands-on course, teaching is divided into two
sessions, the first on diagnostic and the second to interventional
sialendoscopy
